Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Every luminaire, pole and mounting structure can be modified or designed from scratch to your drawing, standard or local style. The lead time depends on how far the design departs from our standard models, and we confirm it in the quote.
How quickly do you reply and quote?
We reply to every inquiry within one working day. A quotation normally follows within two working days once we have the project data. Complex structures may take longer if drawings are involved.
Are you a manufacturer? Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Solmast products are made at our two production bases in Kunming, Yunnan: a PV structures plant in Xundian with 11 automated profile lines and its own hot-dip galvanizing, and a lighting and pole plant that forms poles up to 15 m and assembles and ages LED luminaires. Design, quality control, export documents and after-sales are handled by us, and we are responsible to you for the order. You are welcome to visit both plants or join a live video audit.
Can I visit the factory or see it on video?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our production base near Kunming, Yunnan. If you can’t travel, we arrange a live video tour of the workshops and your order.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. Your own inspector or an agency of your choice, such as SGS, BV or Intertek, can inspect goods at our plant before shipment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer, with a deposit and the balance before shipment, and letters of credit for large projects. For buyers in markets with US-dollar shortages, we can also arrange alternative settlement, including USDT, through compliant channels. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will explain the options for your country.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
We quote FOB, CIF or DAP, and plan container loading around your project schedule.
Can you put our brand on the products?
Yes. We offer OEM and private label: your logo on luminaires, poles, labels, packaging, manuals and documents.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We provide samples or prototypes for approval, with photos and video, before production.
Which test reports and certificates can you provide?
Tell us which documents your tender requires. We confirm honestly which ones we hold for that product and how quickly the others can be arranged with an accredited laboratory. We send current copies by email rather than publishing them online.
