What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us: through the inquiry form, by email or on WhatsApp. That is usually your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and project details. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your information only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and documents, and follow up on the project you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Emails are held by our email provider. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms. These providers may process data outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email sales@solmast.com and we will respond within 30 days.
